My name is Colin Outram, and I am both a Registered Massage Therapist and Fitness Professional. I have worked extensively with bodywork and exercise since becoming a RMT in 1999.

As a fitness coach, I am keenly interested in strength training, calisthenics, corrective exercise, Yoga, kettlebell training, and hiking. I have studied and taught martial arts for a combined twenty years, including extensive practice in tai chi, meditation and qigong. I am strongly dedicated to health and fitness in my own life, leading by example and coaching others towards optimal wellness. I have personally experienced the journey of losing 50 pounds, all naturally with regular exercise and good nutrition. I am passionate about learning more and always improving my skills, both personally and as a coach.
